OR Item 2: Bachelor's or Master's degree in one of the following closely related fields: special education, elementary education, speech-language pathology, early childhood education, physical therapy, psychology, social work, or nursing AND a minimum of 24 credits in courses that address the Early Childhood Special Education standards. OR Item 3: (Under a conditional hiring agreement). A college degree in one of the previously described closely related fields and agreement and reasonable ability to complete a minimum of 24 credits with content in six required EC/ECSE standards within three years.
